Learn to use pencil to draw in a realistic style. Students will learn techniques for perspective, proportion, and capturing form and shading realistically. We will draw a variety of subjects, including animals, objects, and people.

This class is recommended for students who already have some drawing experience.

Please note: If your child is more of a beginner to realistic style drawing, we recommend the Sketching class.

Supplies to bring

• Drawing pencils (At least one HB and one 2B pencil. Example)

• Coloured pencil set. (Recommended brands: PrismaColor Scholar 48 pack, OR Staedtler 48 pack.) Please label with student’s name.

• Kneadable eraser (Example 1, example 2, example 3)

• Regular eraser

• Blending stump (Example)
